Community Guidelines

A call on Mixu has two people in it and nobody else. That only works when both treat the other like a guest in their living room. These guidelines spell out what that means.

Updated October 13, 2026

01 The good-call basics

  • Show your face and be yourself. People want to meet a person, not a ceiling fan.
  • Open with a greeting. A simple hello beats a demand every time.
  • If the conversation is not for you, end it politely and move on. Nobody owes anyone their time.
  • A no is final the first time it is said.
  • Keep it clothed. Mixu is a place to talk.

02 Hard limits

  • No nudity or sexual acts.
  • No minors, and no content that sexualises minors.
  • No hate speech, slurs or threats.
  • No capturing or sharing someone else's image.
  • No begging, selling, scamming or sending people to other platforms.
  • No weapons, drug dealing or self-harm content on camera.

03 How to report

Every call screen and every profile carries a report button. Select the closest reason; a line of context is welcome. You can also block the person when you do not want to hear from them again. If the call was a random match and you simply want out, next ends it at once; you can still report afterwards from the profile. The safety tips show where each button sits.

04 After you report

Reports are reviewed against these guidelines. Outcomes range from no action, to a warning, to a temporary lock, to permanent removal. Illegal material involving minors is passed to law enforcement. We do not send play-by-play updates on other people's accounts.

05 Appeals

Decisions are sometimes wrong. Think a restriction on your account was a mistake? Email [email protected] and give your user ID plus a few words on why, and we will take another look.
